This universally applicable ^ATX® Universal Supporting Pad allows you to use different sitting/support positions for optimal support during a variety of exercises, such as bent-over rowing (chest support), bent-over lateral raises, bicep curls, incline bench press (dumbbells) and various other barbell exercises.

The ^ATX® Supporting Pad offers 5 different adjustable angles, a horizontal sitting position, and 4 different incline positions. The angles are easily and quickly adjustable via a locking pin. The flexible height adjustment on the ^ATX® system posts allows for precise setting of the optimal training height. An excellent accessory and a true supporter! Compact, affordable, and with tremendous added value!
