This effective accessory is quick and easy to attach to all ATX ® Rigs as well as the following power racks from the ATX ® series: The ATX® Belt Squat Option - perfect for your leg training!

The ATX ® Belt Squat Option, like its big brother, the ATX ® Belt Squat Machine , enables effective squat training with significantly reduced strain on the back and knees compared to conventional squat training and machines.
It can be quickly and easily mounted on the respective post (without additional tools!) and is therefore quickly ready for use. The Belt Squat Option can also be folded up to save space.
Training with a belt squat option or machine allows the upper body to be kept completely upright during training and the legs to be placed in an optimal position. Furthermore, the weight load is transferred directly from the hips to the leg muscles via the training belt (delivery/price without training belt), which completely relieves the entire back and spine.
The ATX ® Belt Squat Option can be quickly and easily mounted on the respective post (without additional tools!) and is therefore quickly ready for use. The Belt Squat Option can also be folded up to save space.
