Our CHD compact rubber dumbbells are professional studio dumbbells that meet the highest demands. The proven compact design ensures optimal and safe handling. The dumbbells are made from individual discs mounted on a solid steel handle. A rubberized steel stop plate, which is screwed onto the front of the steel handle with a 14 mm thick steel screw, secures the discs. The steel screw is secured against loosening with a screw lock. The dumbbell manufactured in this way is thus firmly fixed and can no longer be removed.
