The ATX® polyurethane 4-grip 50 mm weight plates are based on state-of-the-art technology in weight plate manufacturing. Polyurethane (PUR or PU) is a special plastic from the urethane group. The high-quality polyurethane compound of our plates has an optimal degree of hardness while maintaining elastic properties. This results in an extremely high tear resistance for the PU coating, making it highly resistant to impacts, abrasion, scratches, and chipping.
This weight plate raises the bar in terms of quality, finish and handling to a whole new level!
Finish and handling
The superior 4-grip design with its high-end finish ensures perfect handling at all times. The weight plates are equipped with a precision-machined stainless steel ring, allowing for smooth and effortless loading and unloading. These weight plates are extremely durable, even under the most extreme and continuous use. The matte surface is colorfast and therefore resistant to fading. Another feature of these high-quality plates is their very low weight variation. The PU material used emits no fumes or odors and is therefore completely odorless. A high-tech weight plate in a top-of-the-line ATX design.
