The ATX® Neck Trainer enables targeted training of the neck and trapezius muscles. Compatible with all ATX® power racks, half racks, and rigs from the 500, 600, 700, and 800 series! There are few devices that allow targeted training of the neck and cervical muscles; with the ATX® Neck Trainer, this is possible safely and effectively. The neck trainer fits all ATX® power racks, half racks, and rigs and is quick and easy to install.

The universal screw mount allows the neck trainer to be mounted at the exact desired height. Two integrated plastic discs ensure secure fixation and protect the paint/coating of the rack posts. Individual body positioning allows for frontal, lateral, and posterior contraction exercises. The device is loaded with weight plates (standard Ø 30 mm - optional Ø 50 mm ).
