The Open Hex Bar 50mm Compact. Very compact and heavy-duty hex bar with open entry. The open entry allows for quick handling and offers plenty of freedom of movement for a wide variety of exercises such as shrugs, bent-over rowing, squats or lunges. All load-bearing parts are welded or screwed throughout and ensure heavy load-bearing capacity.
