ATX ® Pegboard - climbing board
The ATX® Pegboard - climbing board was originally designed for climbers to train various climbing disciplines, such as bouldering (rock climbing). This tool is also often found in wrestling training. For some time now, the pegboard has also found many fans in the functional fitness scene, and not without reason. The pegboard can also be used to train smaller muscle groups that are difficult to target with classic dumbbell training. When training with the pegboard, the latissimus, the rear shoulder head, the biceps and the forearms are particularly stressed. The pegboard therefore represents a high-intensity strength training for the entire upper body and, with regular use, also improves strength endurance.

Our ATX ® Pegboards can be attached to a load-bearing wall or to the ATX ® RIGs System 4.0. The boards can be mounted vertically or horizontally, individually or in groups. This means that even complex climbing walls with different levels of difficulty can be assembled by arranging several ATX ® climbing boards.

Wipe down moving parts regularly, check screw connections for tightness, and ensure storage in a dry environment. For some devices, occasional lubrication is recommended—you can find information on this in the respective manual.
