The ATX ^® Technique Plate, also known as the Education Disc / Learning Weight Plate, is available in 4 weight sizes from 1.5 to 5 kg, made of high-quality plastic. Technique plates offer beginners the perfect conditions for getting started with weight lifting and barbell training, and encourages them to refine their movement sequences. Because they are easy to use, this Education Disc is a perfect learning aid for all age groups, especially for children and young people. Experienced athletes also use technique plates to improve their technique. All of these plates have the same circumference of 450 mm and an internal diameter of 51 mm. There is a tolerance of +/- 20 g for their weight. The ATX ^® Technique Plates are manufactured in Germany and comply with the strict REACH regulations.
