The Nohrd Watergrinder upper body trainer is ideal for sailors or shoulder rehabilitation training.
The teardrop shape of the wooden frame is a real eye-catcher in any living room or studio. The WaterGrinder's paddle is ergonomically designed and generates the resistance in the water tank. The performance monitor can be swivelled, allowing it to be easily read from either side during your workout.
The wooden seat can be attached to either side at three different heights. The WaterGrinder can also be used while standing, without the seat. The cranks can be fixed in eight different height positions. This directly affects the training resistance: the lower the rotation, the higher the intensity.
The WaterGrinder can be used from the front, back, and side. All positions primarily target the upper body (chest, abs, back, arms, shoulders).
The WaterGrinder's monitor offers a comprehensive range of training options. It's easy to use via touchscreen and can be swivelled for training from either side. The Workout-of-the-Day provides users with a new workout every day, and an integrated game adds fun and variety, allowing you to control a fish through your intensity. A power outlet is required.
