With the ATX® AB-Option - Abdominal Trainer, you can expand your weight bench into a perfect abdominal trainer (ab bench). Train your abdominal muscles optimally, perform crunches or extreme sit-ups. The ATX® Ab Option is an abdominal trainer compatible with our ATX® multi-benches, such as the Ultimate, RAS, the MBX-520 and the Warrior Bench Wide.

The option is quickly integrated into the multi-benches. With the help of the AB Option / abdominal trainer, you can target and isolate your abdominal muscles. Thanks to the bench's padded surface, there is no need to lie on the floor, which proves to be very comfortable. The height of the bench allows for a comfortable exercise execution height. The padding rollers are covered with black artificial leather. Ensure greater body stability by strengthening your core and simultaneously stabilizing your back.
