The ATX® Interval Timer Mini is also suitable for strength training and allows individual adjustment of training time, rest time, and number of rounds.
Programming is done directly via the buttons on the device:
1. Use the FUNCTION button to select interval mode.
2. Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to open the settings.
3. Use the +/− buttons to set the desired number of rounds.
4. Press SET again to set the training time (P1).
5. You can then adjust the rest time (P2).
6. Press and hold SET for 3 seconds to save the settings. Press START to begin training.
Important for sets of different lengths: The work and rest times you set apply to all rounds of an interval program. Individual programming of different times for each individual set or multiple exercises within a continuous program is not provided. However, you can adjust the times anytime between exercises.
Our recommendation: If you work with classic strength training with sets of different lengths and variable rest periods between sets, the integrated stopwatch function is a good alternative. With it, you can flexibly track your training and rest times without having to set fixed intervals.
