ATX® Monolift swivel dumbbell rack - Series 800

The ATX® Monolift barbell rack makes every workout significantly more comfortable and safer. Especially for fundamental exercises like squats, bench/incline bench presses, and overhead presses, the advantages of the ^ATX® Monolift are so compelling that you won't want to be without it. Just like a simple J-hook, the Monolift is clipped into the ^ATX® Rack or 800 Series RIG at the appropriate height and secured with the safety bolt. When a barbell is placed in the catch hooks, they swing forward a few centimeters from the rack, bringing the barbell into the starting position. Now assume your training position, and as soon as the barbell is lifted, the two lever arms swing back, releasing the barbell for training.

There's no longer any need to bring the barbell forward, as is usual for bench presses, or to step back for squats. Instead, you can start the exercise immediately. There's enough space for comfortable training, and the sophisticated geometry of the hooks allows you to put the barbell down comfortably and safely.
