The 200 cm long ATX ® Multi Grip Diagonal Bar offers four different grip widths and is ideal for training the chest, back, shoulder, biceps, and triceps muscles. The slightly angled grip positions at a 30° angle ensure optimal joint stabilization. The 200 cm long ATX ® Bar fits in all racks/shelfs with a shelf width of 1150 to 1240 mm.
