Set consisting of:
Two 4 kg dumbbells each
+ 18 weight plates, each 2 kg
+ 4 weight plates, each 1 kg
+ 4 pieces, threaded closure, 1 kg each
Solid steel plates with engraved weight in kg
The increments allow for fine weight increments of 2 kg.
Possible weight increments per dumbbell:
4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, 14kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg, 22kg, 24kg
Even finer weight increments are possible using micro-weights (optional).
The dumbbells have excellent balance due to their uniform octagonal shape.
