The ATX® Pec-Fly option is compatible with the ^ATX® Ultimate , RAS , and MBX-520 multi-benches. This option allows for targeted and isolated training of the chest muscles. It offers chest training in a compact space and is ideal for any home gym. Double-bearing pivot axes, rotating handles, and perfect biomechanics with maximum range of motion ensure a professional training experience and optimal muscle contraction – guaranteeing maximum training results! The pec fly, also known as the chest fly or butterfly exercise, is a great way to strengthen the chest muscles. Here are some exercises you can do with the pec fly:
