It is perfect for your home gym, as its height of 198 cm fits into most rooms. The multi-press is a multifunctional and very popular strength training device. You can perform numerous exercises on it, such as bench presses, incline bench presses, shoulder presses, squats, calf raises, military presses, and many more. It is compact and can withstand heavy loads of up to 200 kg.
