Training on the Sissi Squat - optimal for leg training/ quadriceps training

The Sissi Squat trains the quadriceps , the front thigh muscle, better and in isolation than almost any other exercise. Even with the ever-popular squats, many strength athletes complain about a lack of feeling in the leg extensors. Many strength athletes find squats more beneficial in the back part of the leg, the hamstrings . Since there is no hip flexion in the Sissi Squat , it is ideal for building massive thighs. Leg training is important for strengthening and toning the muscles in the leg area and for improving general fitness. General fitness depends largely on the legs, as these are the largest muscle group in the human body. It can also help to increase mobility and prevent injuries.

The Sissi squat exercise, for example, is ideal as an isolation exercise after a heavy compound exercise. This way, the muscle is already fatigued, allowing the leg extension muscles to be trained in isolation. Leg extensions and leg curls can also be stimulated to grow using our leg machines . If you want to specifically target your quadriceps, you can also use slightly modified front squats.

With the help of the Sissi Squat Master Compact you can perform exactly the same training, but require less space due to its smaller design.
