This versatile ATX® Universal Supporting Pad allows you to adjust to various seating/support positions for optimal support during a wide range of exercises, such as bent-over rows (chest support), bent-over lateral raises, bicep curls, incline bench presses (dumbbells), and various other barbell exercises. The ATX® Supporting Pad features five different angle settings, a horizontal seating position, and four different incline positions. The angles are easily and quickly adjusted using a locking pin. The flexible height adjustment on the ATX® system posts allows you to precisely set the optimal training height. An excellent accessory and a true supporter! Compact, affordable, and offering tremendous added value!
The supporting pad is compatible with all ATX® rigs and almost all power racks from the ATX® series:
