The Concept2 Slide offers an even more natural rowing feel. The Concept2 Slide is available for the Indoor Rower models A, B, C, D, or E.
Slide Single
When you use your indoor rower with the slides, the machine moves back and forth as if you were rowing on water. The front reversal of the rowing stroke is faster with the slide, allowing you to row at a higher stroke rate because you only have to move the mass of the indoor rower and not your own body mass.
Slide Teams
To form slide teams, connect your C, D, or E models together. Coaches can have their teams ride on slides to practice teamwork and improve their sense of rhythm.

- Construction: A slide consists of a rolling unit and two rails on which the rolling unit can move back and forth. The movement of the rolling unit is controlled by two slightly tensioned rubber cords.
- Quantity required: Slides are sold in pairs or individually. You will need two slides per unit, one for the rear and one for the front support of the indoor rower. To set up a team slide, you will need a few slides for the first indoor rower and one additional slide for each additional indoor rower you plan to use. To connect three indoor rowers together, you will need four slides.
