These Farmers Walk Handles are very compact yet professional in handling and extremely durable. They enable carrying, lifting, and walking with heavy loads—a fundamental skill in strongman competitions . They are also excellent for grip strength training. Made entirely of steel with a black coating. Weight plate holder: 50 mm diameter.
The protruding handle position allows for a slight spread of the legs when loaded. This ensures optimal legroom and minimizes the risk of injury.
