Main features of Spotter Arms
The spotter arms allow for safe, solo chest training. Adjustable to five different heights, the optimal position can be found, and the barbell can be rested on the spotter arms in case of muscle failure.
The spotter arms are made of solid steel and can withstand heavy loads. They provide a stable support surface for the barbell.
The Spotter Arms can be easily adjusted in height and thus offer the ideal emergency rest for every athlete and every arm length.
