The stated maximum load capacity of the 185 cm ball-bearing barbell is only achieved under optimal conditions! The theoretically highest load capacity is possible for wide-grip exercises such as bench presses. The maximum load capacity is lowest for point-to-point, central load transfer, such as squats.
Failure to comply with the load limits and application areas specified in the tables may result in damage to the dumbbells! Exchanges and warranty claims are excluded in this case! Please refer to the following table for the application-specific load limits.
