NOHrD Eau-Me - Balance board made of veneered multiplex board. With a diameter of 64 cm and in 10 different designs to improve balance.

The sturdy plastic housing is filled with around 6.5 litres of water. The result: with every movement the direction changes, no typical pattern can be recognised and the body must react immediately to these seemingly random stimuli. With the Eau-Me Board you train your balance, whereby the deep muscles are particularly activated by the balancing movements.

The unique Eau-Me Board is a balance board that will significantly expand your training program. Filled with water, the board constantly and dynamically reacts to your movements to add a challenge to your balance and core stability training.
