The back extension - Vision Fitness is the ideal back trainer. Isolated training of the back muscles as well as the large gluteal muscles (gluteus maximus) and the hamstrings / leg flexors. This back extension offers the highest level of training comfort thanks to its stable construction and ergonomic padding. The height of the support pad can be adjusted in 13 different ways so that every athlete can find their ideal setting. The polyurethane foam padding creates a comfortable support surface for full focus during exercise. The non-slip foot plates provide additional stability and safety.

The integrated bolts for resistance band training can significantly increase the difficulty level of the exercise. Find resistance bands in different strengths to suit your back training.
