Its compact, lightweight design allows for easy movement and storage. After your workout, the WaterRower can be stored upright against a wall with a simple movement, saving space, and the water remains securely in the tank.
The main feature is the water tank with its natural, quiet, yet effective water resistance, which makes rowing on the WaterRower so unique. The resistance does not need to be manually adjusted, as it is determined solely by the effort applied: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance.
The WaterRower A1 footboard offers maximum flexibility with an optimal rowing position. The footrests provide a very secure hold during rowing.
The seat moves smoothly and safely along the monorail during your workout. You sit comfortably on an ergonomically shaped cushion.
The performance monitor is integrated into the footboard, is easy to operate, and clearly displays rowing data.
