EZ Bar with Bumper Ends – approx. 50 cm

Use the EZ bar with bumper ends to add variety to your arm workout on the cable machine! In addition to new training stimuli compared to a straight bar, the ergonomic shape of the EZ bar also ensures joint-friendly training. The bumper ends prevent damage to the equipment frame should the bar swing around in the heat of the moment.

Thanks to the extra grippy knurling, the chrome-plated bar always offers an optimal grip for all exercises on the cable machine! The smooth-running swivel joint also ensures perfect handling during your workout.

The EZ bar cable attachment is suitable for numerous bicep and tricep exercises and is compatible with all commercially available cable machines.

Exercises with the EZ bar on the cable machine.

The EZ bar cable attachment is versatile and particularly suitable for isolated bicep and tricep exercises. Thanks to the ergonomic EZ shape, the wrists are brought into a more natural position – ideal for intensive and joint-friendly strength training.

Triceps Pushdown with EZ Bar on Cable Machine

Attach the EZ bar to the high pulley. Keep your upper arms close to your body and press the bar down with straightened wrists until your arms are fully extended. Slowly return to the starting position. This exercise on the EZ bar cable machine effectively isolates the triceps.

Target muscle: Triceps (all three heads).

Bicep Curl with EZ Bar on Cable Machine

Attach the EZ bar to the low pulley. Stand upright, upper arms still at your sides, and curl the bar upwards with control until it reaches your shoulders. Slowly lower it. The EZ bar bicep curl reduces pressure on the wrists compared to a straight bar.

Target muscle: Biceps brachii, brachialis.

Overhead Tricep Extension with EZ Bar

Attach the EZ bar to the high pulley. Turn your back to the machine, hold the bar with both hands above your head, and extend your arms forward and upwards. Return to the starting position with control. Ideal for the long head of the triceps.

Target muscle: Long head of the triceps.

Reverse Curl with EZ Bar on Cable Machine

Attach the EZ bar to the low pulley. Grip the bar from above (overhand grip) and curl it upwards. The reverse curl on the cable machine specifically strengthens the forearms and brachioradialis.

Target muscle: Brachioradialis, forearm extensors.
