The Vision Fitness Seated Plate Load calf machine specifically targets the calf muscles thanks to optimized biomechanics. The robust Seated Calf Raise is designed for intensive training sessions and offers maximum comfort thanks to its outstanding ergonomics. The feet can be optimally positioned on the angled footrests, allowing the calf muscles to be targeted and trained. The adjustable knee pad secures the athlete in the calf machine. The 50 mm weight plate holder can accommodate a load of up to 150 kg. A release lever unlocks and removes the training weight. The hands can be placed on the handles while performing the exercise. If the load is insufficient, additional resistance can be generated using the integrated resistance band holders.
