In Dynamic Mode, the running belt rotates freely, allowing the user to power and exercise like a non-motorized treadmill. Users can perform various exercises with the free running belt for a full-body workout. In Resistance Mode, the user can choose between different resistance levels, facilitating HIIT exercises and running techniques.
