This ATX® Shock Absorption Dropping Plate is specifically designed for use where extremely heavy dumbbells and weights need to be cushioned. Designed for the most demanding applications in dumbbell and barbell training, especially during weightlifting or kettlebell training, this protective plate cushions the barbell when dropped or set down, thus optimally protecting the equipment and the surface. The underside features a honeycomb hollow chamber system (shock absorption system), which provides strong sound insulation and impact absorption. The finely embossed surface makes the plates highly slip-resistant, providing a secure footing. Their high weight makes them extremely slip-resistant.
