The proven, compact design of the CHD compact dumbbells ensures optimal and safe handling during all exercises.
Each dumbbell is assembled from individual cast iron plates onto a solid steel handle. A 14 mm thick steel screw with screw lock secures the rubberized steel end plate – the dumbbell is permanently and firmly connected and cannot be loosened. The rubber end cap with kg indication ensures quick weight identification and protects floors and equipment. Includes assembly – ready for immediate use.
