This free-standing, multifunctional pull station enables a multitude of exercise variations - in the smallest of spaces! The device with the lever arms can be adjusted to 12 different heights - the lever arms can also be adjusted vertically 10 times, meaning that over 100 different starting/pulling positions can be set. With the 4 pull handles included in the delivery, you can easily create a complete workout program. The weight is set in fine 5 kg increments using the integrated 80 kg weight block. The lever arms can be adjusted conveniently and easily using a sophisticated adjustment mechanism. The lockable and height-adjustable cross handle and the footrests firmly attached at the bottom ensure stable and safe positioning for various exercises. The weight block system enables further exercise variations; the pulling function is blocked and with the long handle straps included, you can now carry out exercises with your own body weight - similar to a sling trainer/suspension trainer.

The device is extremely stable and very cleanly manufactured. The lever arms and rollers are ball-bearing mounted and ensure a silky smooth, jerk-free function. From tight pull exercises to cable crossovers, this device enables a wide range of exercises.
