When inflated with minimal air, the ball is excellent as a supportive pillow for the neck or back. It can also be wedged between the arms or legs to specifically activate muscles and improve body control. Thanks to its soft surface, it is suitable even for exercises on delicate floors and ideal for indoor use.
Notice
The ball comes in a cardboard box along with an exercise poster and a straw for inflation. If the straw is lost, you can inflate the ball with any other straw or even directly with your mouth. For some exercises, it's better if the ball is rather soft, for example, when lying or kneeling on it. It's sealed with a small plug that won't pop out even under maximum pressure. When deflated, it collapses to a very small size, making it an ideal travel companion. The range of exercises extends from very simple ones (e.g., squeezing it between your legs) to very challenging ones. For example, you can support yourself with one knee on the ball, extend the other leg behind you, and maintain your balance.
It allows you to train all areas of the body, from the abdomen, legs, and buttocks to the back, neck, and shoulders, and it's also very useful for body awareness and relaxation exercises. A brilliant training device for little money.
