Freight forwarding deliveries

Freight forwarding deliveries play a crucial role in the transport of large or bulky goods. To ensure that receiving these shipments goes smoothly, it is important to observe some basic information.

Curbside delivery

Freight forwarding deliveries are generally made curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the edge of the sidewalk or property. It is the responsibility of the recipient to transport the goods further from this point.

Notification and extra costs for non-acceptance

Often, the freight forwarder will provide notification before delivery. It is important to pay attention to this communication and to confirm the delivery or, if necessary, make changes to the appointment. If the delivery is not accepted, additional costs may be incurred, so clarification should take place in good time.

Refusal of acceptance

If you refuse the freight forwarding goods without a valid reason, you, as the recipient, shall bear the shipping costs incurred for the return shipment.

Reporting damaged goods

In the case of damaged goods, it is crucial to report this to the driver immediately. An immediate complaint enables a quick solution to be found. Furthermore, it is advisable to accept the goods with reservations in order to safeguard your claims.

Accepting goods with reservations

If you receive damaged goods, accept them with reservations. This means that you are accepting the delivery but noting the damage on the delivery bill or a separate document. This written confirmation serves as the basis for later damage claims.

Parcel shipping

Parcel shipping is a convenient and efficient way to send goods. To ensure your parcel reaches its destination safely and without problems, please note the following information:

Drop-off location and liability

If you specify a drop-off location for your parcel, the liability lies with the recipient. This means that you assume responsibility for the safe storage of the parcel yourself once it has been dropped off at the specified location.

Returning products is a part of our customer-friendly service. Please note some important information regarding the processing of your return:

We want to offer you our products at fair prices. Therefore, we cover the shipping costs for orders of 289 EUR or more within Germany. In the event of a return, we ask that you bear the return shipping costs yourself. In this way, we can keep our prices permanently stable while at the same time operating sustainably.

Please ensure that the returned items are in an unused and original packaged condition so that a smooth processing of your return can be guaranteed.

Pickup date for damaged freight forwarding goods

In the case of damaged freight forwarding goods, a pickup date will be arranged, and it is necessary that the customer is present on-site for the pickup. This allows for an inspection of the damage and smooth reversal of the transaction.

Return label for damaged parcel goods

If the delivered goods are damaged during parcel shipping, you will receive a return label from us. With this label, you can drop off the damaged goods yourself at a parcel shop. Please note that we do not offer pickup for parcel goods.
