1. Bicep Curls: Bicep curls are a very popular isolated exercise in strength training. Adjustable dumbbells make this exercise very effective. You can precisely and quickly adjust the training weight. The fine and quick adjustment also makes the dumbbells perfect for use in drop sets. Go to muscle failure with drop sets and ensure maximum muscle growth.
2. Lateral Raises: Lateral raises isolate the lateral deltoid muscles and allow you to specifically train the side shoulder muscles. The quick adjustment mechanism enables an intense workout - drop sets, like with bicep curls, are feasible. Stand upright and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Slightly bend your elbows and raise the dumbbells laterally. When your elbows are approximately at shoulder height, hold this position briefly. Rotate your wrists slightly for an ergonomic grip. Now slowly and controlled lower the dumbbells until your elbows are bent at approximately a right angle. Hold this position briefly - press the dumbbells evenly back up until your arms are almost extended. Lower the dumbbells again and repeat the movement according to your training plan.
