The ATX® Glute Ham Trainer Floor is a compact and highly efficient piece of equipment for developing and strengthening the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back. While the exercise is extremely effective, it can often be challenging for beginners to perform correctly. The ATX® Floor Glute offers several advantages over floor-level machines due to its design.
Getting started is easy and safe. The low ground clearance allows for secure support/bracing with your arms if needed. Additionally, a resistance band (not included) can be attached to the rear crossbar for added support. The large, comfortable padding and height-adjustable padded rollers ensure a secure and comfortable fit. The device is very compact and can be quickly and easily repositioned thanks to integrated transport wheels, or stored vertically to save even more space. This device is ideal for beginners and advanced users alike, enabling a safe and effective workout!
