With the ATX® AB option - abdominal trainer you can upgrade your weight bench to a perfect abdominal trainer (abdominal bench). Train your abdominal muscles optimally, do crunches or extreme sit-ups. The ATX® Ab Option is an abdominal trainer and is compatible with our ATX® multi-benches, such as the Ultimate , RAS , the MBX-520 and the Warrior Bench Wide . The option can be quickly integrated into the multi-benches. With the help of the AB option/abdominal trainer, you can train your abdominal muscles in a targeted and isolated manner. The padded surface of the bench means that you don't have to lie on the floor, which is very comfortable. The height of the bench allows you to perform exercises at a comfortable height. The padded rollers are covered with black synthetic leather. Ensure greater body stability by strengthening your core and stabilizing your back at the same time.
