Training with the Dip Bar

With exercises on the dip bar you can train your triceps muscles in particular. However, you can also use it to train the lower part of the chest muscles. When performing the exercise, you should use a stable, shoulder-width grip and position your upper arms parallel to the floor. When performing the exercise, we recommend that you focus more on a few, but controlled and cleanly executed repetitions. The exercise on the dip bar is easy to perform and should definitely be used if available. Training with this device is suitable for both beginners and professionals.
