With the Bicep Curl Option, you can perform one of the most popular exercises in the fitness area - the bicep curl. Bicep curls train both the long and short heads of the bicep muscle as well as the brachialis muscle. The execution of the exercise is not complicated, so even beginners can get started with this form of training immediately. The option for ATX dumbbell benches allows you to perform the exercise optimally and healthily thanks to the existing padding. The only thing you should adjust before starting the exercise is the padding itself.
