The pull device can be adjusted to 32 different heights, and the pull extension arms can be swiveled, allowing extra wide pull width settings - e.g. for cable cross exercises. The stabilizer (padded support) included in the delivery enables the body to be positioned and secured precisely, which contributes to correct and safe exercise positioning.
