The ATX ® Hyperextension 45° back trainer is the classic for targeted training and stabilization of the lower back (back extensors), the large gluteal muscles (gluteus maximus) and the hamstrings / leg flexors. The split, extra-thick padding and the grooved stem plate ensure safe and comfortable positioning when performing the exercise. The attached support handles make it easy to get in and out of the device. There are holders at the bottom of the frame for hanging ATX ® resistance bands. attached with which the back training can be intensified in a simple way.
