The ATX® Pec Fly option is compatible with the ATX® Ultimate , RAS , and MBX-520 multi-benches. This option allows for targeted and isolated training of the chest muscles. This option offers chest training in the smallest space and is ideal for any home gym. Dual-bearing pivots, rotating handles, and perfect biomechanics with a maximum range of motion ensure a professional training experience and optimal muscle contraction—guaranteeing maximum training results! The pec fly, also known as the chest fly or butterfly exercise, is a great exercise for strengthening the chest muscles. Here are some exercises using the pec fly:
