application example

1. Use a brush to remove/brush off dirt particles from the barbell (not included)
2. Apply the ATX ^® Barbell Oil to the barbell in finely dosed portions.
3. Brush oil into the knurling and over the surfaces with a brush
4. After brushing, thoroughly rub off oil/residues with a dry and lint-free cloth
