GymFloor® Vulcanized Solid Rubber Protection Plate 17 mm Thickness

This high-quality GymFloor® vulcanized solid rubber protection plate is an extremely robust protective covering for heavily used equipment, functional, and dumbbell areas. The solid rubber plates, vulcanized from natural rubber, have a high density of +1500 kg/m3 and are virtually indestructible.

The plates are REACH certified and meet fire protection class C_fl-s1 (B1) / EN 13501-1 - flame retardant. Extremely durable, break-proof, and dimensionally stable, this covering offers perfect protection for both the subfloor and equipment. Even with continuous high point pressure, no indentation marks occur. The textured surface is highly abrasion-resistant, non-slip, and easy to clean.

Thanks to the practical basic format of 1 m x 1 m and the puzzle system, the plates are very easy and quick to install on almost all surfaces and without prior treatment – no gluing is necessary.
The beveled edge and corner elements (ramp edges) provide optimal trip protection, allowing the flooring surfaces to be laid freely in the room, virtually without offsets/trip hazards, to flooring transitions or on existing coverings and subfloors.

Installation

Loose laying on all solid surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, screed, wood, tiles, laminate, short and firm carpet and plastic coverings. Small irregularities or floor cracks are easily compensated by the elastic covering. Exact longitudinal cuts or cutouts can be made with a hand saw or jigsaw. Due to the high self-weight of the plates and the practical, tight-fitting puzzle interlocks, the plates are extremely non-slip.
