This high-quality GymFloor® vulcanized solid rubber protective plate is an extremely robust protective covering for heavily used equipment, functional and dumbbell areas. The solid rubber plates vulcanized from natural rubber have a high density of +1500 kg/m ³ and are almost indestructible.
The panels are REACH certified and subject to fire protection class C _fl -s1 (B1) / EN 13501-1 - flame retardant . Extremely hard-wearing, shatter-proof and dimensionally stable, this covering offers perfect protection for the subfloor and equipment. Even with permanent high pressure point loads, no pressure point depressions occur. The structured surface is extremely abrasion-resistant, non-slip and easy to clean.

Thanks to the practical basic format of 1 mx 1 m and the puzzle system, the panels can be laid very easily and quickly on almost all surfaces and without pre-treatment - no gluing necessary.
The flattened edge and corner elements (rising edges) ensure optimal trip protection, meaning that the flooring surfaces can be laid freely in the room with virtually no offset or tripping edges at flooring transitions or on existing flooring and subfloors.

Loose laying on all solid surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, screed, wood, tiles, laminate, short and solid carpet and plastic coverings. The elastic covering easily compensates for small unevenness or cracks in the floor. Exact lengthwise cutting or recesses can be carried out with a hand or jigsaw. The high weight of the panels and the practical, tight-fitting puzzle teeth make the panels extremely slip-resistant.
