Therefore, these kettlebells have an optimal balance, and the loosening of the filling material inside is impossible. The perfect weld-free finish ensures first-class handling. The HQ Original Russian Kettlebells are made entirely of steel in a compact, one-size-fits-all size. When choosing a kettlebell, you can base your choice on how advanced you are in your training. We recommend 8 - 16 kilos (beginners), 16 - 24 kg (advanced) & 24 - 32 kg for professionals.
