ATX® Belt Squat Option / Squat Machine - for targeted leg training
The ATX® Belt Squat Option, like its big brother, the ATX® Belt Squat Machine – enables effective squat training with significantly reduced strain on the back and knees compared to conventional squat training and machines.
It can be quickly and easily mounted on the respective post (without additional tools!) and is therefore quickly ready for use. Furthermore, the Belt Squat Option can be folded up to save space.
Training with a Belt Squat Option or machine allows the upper body to be kept completely upright during training, and the legs to be placed in an optimal position. Furthermore, the weight load is transferred directly from the hips to the leg muscles via the training belt (delivery/pricing without training belt), completely relieving the entire back and spine.
