The compact ATX® one-handed rowing handle T-Bar Row for attaching to a 50 mm barbell. Ideal in conjunction with the ATX ® Barbell Hinge Rotation Trainer. Can be used on both sides, can be placed in front of or behind the weight plates. With this one-handed rowing handle in solid metal, you not only stimulate your muscles effectively from new angles, but also benefit from more variety in your back workout! One-handed exercises train almost all muscle groups of the upper back and are therefore worth their weight in gold for the impressive development of your back muscles. With this rowing handle, you can specifically train both sides. The knurled bar - grip strength Ø 28 - also ensures a secure grip until your last repetition.
