The backrest and seat are quickly and easily adjustable via pin/locking bolts. 4-way seat adjustment, 9-way backrest adjustment, and loadable up to 500 kg. However, there are many other exercises or training possibilities with a weight bench. You can practically train all muscles if you have a little accessory and are creative.
The backrest of the ATX® Multibank MBX-610 can be adjusted in a total of nine levels. The respective incline angles are:
0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 70° and 83°.
This allows the bench to be adjusted from a completely flat position to a nearly upright training position and is suitable for, among other things, flat bench press, various incline bench exercises, and shoulder press.
Unfortunately, a general specification for maximum suitable body height is not possible, as the upper body length and individual seating position are decisive factors.
Especially during incline bench pressing, taller people or those with an above-average upper body length may find that the head no longer fully rests on the back pad. We therefore recommend a weight bench equipped with an optional headrest extension for body heights from approximately 185–190 cm.
This ensures a more comfortable and stable head position, particularly during incline bench pressing.
The ATX® Multibank MBX-610 has installation dimensions of 130 × 64 × 44 cm (length × width × height) in flat position. With the backrest fully extended, the maximum height is approximately 111 cm.
