ATX® Rackable Wrist Roller Set - forearm trainer set

The ATX® Rackable Wrist Roller Set is a professional forearm trainer that can be attached to all ATX® power racks, half racks, and rigs from the 500, 600, 700, and 800 series. The ATX® Wrist Roller consists of a two-part steel handle with a tear-resistant nylon strap attached to the center, to which the loading pin is hooked using a snap hook. The included universal mount can be easily and quickly attached to the posts of the ATX® rigs and racks at any height using the screw knob, creating a rigid device. After loading the ATX® Loading Pin, the forearm muscles are specifically trained by turning/winding the strap onto the spool.

The stop plate of the universal mount is equipped with a plastic insert. The screw knob comes with a plastic washer, allowing the device to be screwed firmly and securely to the post without damaging the paintwork. Furthermore, the device can be quickly and easily converted into a professional rackable foam roller with our optionally available foam roller, allowing for a wider range of exercises such as Bulgarian split squats, sit-ups, and a variety of stretching exercises.
