You can perform numerous exercises on it, such as bench presses, incline bench presses, shoulder presses, squats, calf raises, military presses, and many more. It is compact and can withstand heavy loads of up to 200 kg.
Delivery is disassembled, includes assembly instructions, and allows for easy assembly thanks to its compact design.

The ATX® Smith Machine Compact – extra low – 198 cm has the following dimensions:

The pure frame width is approximately 123.2 cm. The total width of 189 cm is measured to the outermost ends of the integrated multi-press bar or the weight plate receptacles. For convenient loading and unloading of the weight plates, additional clearance space should be planned on the sides.
According to the manufacturer, the disc sleeves of the ATX® Smith Machine Compact - extra low - 198 cm (MS-ATX-MPX-500) have an outside diameter of 30 mm and a loading length of 260 mm per side. To secure the weight plates, additional space for the collars must be taken into account.
Weight plates with an actual bore of 28 mm do not fit on these sleeves. A version with 28 mm disc sleeves is not available for this model. Optionally, the existing sleeves can be extended to 50 mm with matching adapters to use corresponding weight plates.
