The ATX® Glute Ham Roller is a small yet highly versatile training device. The sophisticated handle height and foot recess ensure optimal clearance from the floor, while the large ball-bearing wheels ensure smooth, jerk-free operation and optimal stability. While there are numerous products on the market with a similar design, they don't offer the optimal safety and functionality as this specially tested roller. The handle and wheelbase are coordinated to ensure maximum stability. The sophisticated handle height and center brace ensure optimal clearance from the floor without rubbing your fingers, as is often the case with models from other manufacturers.
The large ball-bearing rollers ensure smooth, jerk-free operation. It's excellent for efficient training of the hamstrings (hamstrings), chest, shoulders, and triceps muscles – without the need for additional weight. It's also ideal as a mobile training station. The device is perfect for training the hamstrings, the three muscles on the back of the thigh responsible for hip extension and knee flexion. Since injuries in this area of the body can lead to significant mobility restrictions, this product is especially recommended.
